How The Process Works

Can you fit solid wood flooring over underfloor heating?

The short answer to this is no. Depending on the specification of the underfloor heating system, engineered wood floors are great for this type of flooring. Contact us for further information.

What is engineered wood flooring?

Engineered Wood flooring has a multitude of uses:

  • Can be installed as floating floor so that it can be removed and reinstalled as required
  • Can be used with underfloor heating
  • The locking system does not require glueing
  • The top layer can be sanded several times depending on the thickness. This varies from 2-6mm
